  • Do I need to be present for delivery and pickup?
    Yes, we require someone to be home on both the drop-off and pickup days to ensure a secure handoff. This helps prevent any risk of theft by ensuring the boxes are received directly by you rather than being left unattended outside your home.
  • What happens if I damage a tote while its in my posession?
    On drop-off day, you’ll be asked to sign a form outlining our damage policy, and you’ll receive a copy for your records. If a tote is damaged while in your possession, a $25 fee per tote will be charged.
  • How do I secure the totes while I transport them to my new location?
    Your reservation includes two zip ties per tote. Each tote has designated slots on the edges to secure the lids, preventing them from accidentally opening during transit.
  • Is there a cancellation policy?
    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time to avoid a $30 cancellation fee.
  • What if I need more totes than were originally booked?
    Please feel free to call or email us with your request, and we’ll work with you to find a solution that fits your needs. We understand that moving can be unpredictable, and you may require additional totes. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation, please note that there may be an additional fee for delivery of the extra totes.
  • Who drops off and picks up the totes?
    Each order is delivered and picked up by a certified Bronco Rent A Box representative. We do not use third-party or contracted individuals for delivery and pickup services.
  • Do you charge for delivery and pickup of the boxes?
    Delivery and pickup are completely free as part of your booking! The price you see is the price you pay—no hidden fees.
  • Is Bronco Rent a box a moving comapny?
    We are a tote rental company and do not handle the actual moving for you. However, we have a trusted network of moving companies that can assist with transporting your totes if you require that service.
  • How big are the totes?
    The interior of our moving totes are 20(L) X 14(W) X 12(H) inches. The exterior of our moving totes are 22(L) X 15.5(W) X 13(H) inches.
  • How many boxes should I rent?
    As shown on our pricing page, each package includes an estimated number of boxes based on the number of bedrooms in your home. However, since you know your needs best, you’re welcome to choose a larger package if you require more boxes—for example, if you have a three-car garage or more belongings than the average household.
  • Are the totes cleaned after each use?
    Yes! After each rental is picked up, it is returned to our headquarters for a thorough inspection, cleaning, and sanitization. Our top priority is ensuring you receive a fully functional, damage-free box that is completely clean and ready for use when it arrives at your home.
  • When will my payment be processed?
    Your payment will be processed upon booking the reservation. You will authorize this on the booking screen as you book your rental.
